The Office (US) S2 E10 - 'Christmas Party' Mini-Review
The Best Day Ever.
Michael drives the Dunder Mifflin office insane with his inappropriate behaviour, which is a hilarious watch with a great conclusion. Roy was a huge dick this episode, so it seems that Pam may finally realise she is better off without him soon. The Yankee Swap and oven mit were my personal highlights and the comedy was better than ever, consistently throughout the episode. Season 2 just keeps getting better and better!
BEST MOMENTS
- "Ho, Ho, Ho, Pimp!"
- "Like booze ever killed anybody"
- Those crappy little christmas lights killed me
- Michael's scream when the iPod is thrown
- Michael storming off over Phyllis' oven mit
- "Well I call it fun!"
- Michael is SO rude about the oven mit!!
- "SUCKER!!"
- "I'm not going to drink anymore... during the week"
- "What line of work you in Bob?"
- Todd Packer!! "What's up my nerds?"
- Angela's strop! Kelly's kiss! How does Dwight do so well?!
- Nice moment when Michael is invited out with the others
- WTF Meredith?!
DID YOU KNOW?!*
- For the original Secret Santa: Kelly got Oscar a shower radio, Oscar got Creed a shamrock keychain, Creed gave Jim an old shirt, Jim got Pam a teapot with sentimental gifts inside, Pam got Meredith a picture of the office, Meredith got Dwight four shot glasses, Dwight got Phyllis 200 paintball pellets with 2 free lessons with himself, Phyllis knitted Michael an oven mitt, Michael got Ryan a video iPod, Ryan got Toby a book of short stories, Toby got Angela a poster of babies posing as adults, Angela got Stanley a picture frame and Stanley got Kelly a "Kelly" nameplate. Kevin got a foot spa for himself, having drawn his own name
- Phyllis's boyfriend (Bob Vance of Vance Refrigeration) works on the same floor as she does, in fact when Michael steps out of the office after getting her Christmas gift, you can clearly see Bob's office
- For the gift exchange, Oscar is giving Creed an Irish key chain. In a talking head, he holds the gift up and refers to it as a Shamrock key chain; in fact, it has a four-leaf clover on it. (Shamrocks have only three leaves.)
RATING: 8.6/10
